Effective 27 October 2026. This policy covers the Android game Apocalypse: Road of the Damned (package com.plycoder.apocalypseroad), published by Plycoder, Dhaka 1236, Bangladesh. Contact: tulx.app@gmail.com.
The game has no accounts and we do not run a server that receives your data. Your progress is saved on your phone. The game shows ads through Google AdMob, and Google collects some device data to show and measure those ads. Purchases are handled by Google Play.
Your progress, settings, run statistics, achievements and a small error log (errors.log, used only to fix crashes if you choose to send it to us) are stored on your phone. They never leave the device unless you send the error log yourself. Uninstalling the game or clearing its storage deletes them.
The game shows banner ads on some menus, an ad between runs, and optional reward videos that you choose to watch. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show, measure and protect ads, Google may collect:
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Advertising ID and other device identifiers | ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement, fraud prevention |
| Approximate location (from IP address) | showing relevant ads, legal requirements |
| App interactions with ads (views, clicks) | measurement and fraud prevention |
| Diagnostics (crash and performance data from the ads SDK) | keeping ads working |
Data is sent encrypted. Google's use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Your choices. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the game asks for consent before personalised ads, using Google's consent tool, and you can change your choice later from the title screen (AD PRIVACY OPTIONS). You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalisation, in your Android settings.
The game sells one item, Remove forced ads. Payment is processed by Google Play; we never see your card or payment details. Google Play tells the game whether you own the item so it can turn ads off and restore the purchase on a new device.
The game contains fantasy violence and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the game and want data removed, contact us.
We hold no account or personal data on our side. To delete everything the game stores, uninstall it or clear its storage in Android settings. To reset your advertising ID or ad personalisation, use Android settings or the in-game AD PRIVACY OPTIONS. For anything else, email tulx.app@gmail.com.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
